The iPhone 7 owner designed and built their own custom phone holder from scratch. The user carefully aligned the holder to position the camera directly over the scanner, making adjustments as needed to achieve perfect alignment. To accommodate the Lightning to 3.5mm adapter that came with the phone, the adapter opening was precision-sized for a secure fit. Additional support was added to ensure stability and structural integrity during printing. The owner utilized a moderate level of infill, specifically 20% infill, to strike a balance between strength and weight. Print settings were optimized for this specific project, with supports enabled to prevent warping or distortion.
