This is a custom dock for iPhone 7 users who prefer a slim leather case. The Apple Lightning connector requires considerable force to disconnect, making it necessary to use both hands when unplugging. To overcome this limitation, designers have created a dock that can be filled with concrete, allowing users to pick up their phone with one hand. For optimal results, print the dock with thick (1.2mm) shell layers and omit solid bottom layers. Use a low (7%) rectangular infill for added durability. Once printed, mask all internal components and fill openings from the bottom with concrete. After the concrete has set, remove the masking material, wash away any excess, and attach the cable.
