iPhone 6 with Otterbox Commuter case dock

Modified the iPhone 6 dock by emadshaabani (thing #492101) to fit an Otterbox Commuter case, and added optional cable routes with excellent strain relief on the cable itself. I drilled the slot of the male-end of the cable with a 1/4" drill bit, which turned out to be slightly smaller than ideal, but it worked perfectly after some adjustments. If you break off the large tab at the back of the base, there's another great cable routing option available. I designed this dock using Fusion 360 and printed it on a Lulzbot TAZ5 in black ABS with Cura software. Previous versions were printed in HIPS with excellent results. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that adding a raft was not the best idea for this design.
