People often miss notifications when their phone is set to silent mode. This means you need a way to place your phone directly in front of you while you're working at the computer. Even though wearing an Apple Watch could help with this issue, it's possible that people might forget to put theirs on from time to time. That's why they'll still need this stand even after smartwatches become widely available. I designed the phone stand to be a bit loose, without needing any cases. However, if you prefer a snugger fit, you may want to consider attaching it to your desk using adhesive tape or even using two hands to remove it from its new resting place, which was something I intentionally avoided when creating this item. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any minimalist designs on Thingiverse that I truly appreciated. To create this stand, all you need is 15% infill and under an hour at a moderate speed with a thickness of 0.4 millimeters for the individual layers to get your desired results.
