Update 01/03/2016: Added a tall collar tall_tundra_collar for Tundra; it raises the cradle by 50mm, preventing the "arms" of the cradle from clearing the console surface. The original (short) Tundra collar had this issue; now users have an easy solution. I also created two offset parts to accommodate most driving needs. These offset parts are a combination of a cradle-holder and a collar, allowing for variations in phone position by rotating them. With one offset, users can avoid having the phone too close to other console elements like the shift lever or cupholder. The offsets should be printed upside-down; they require no support material when done this way. Update 12/10/2015: Uploaded a new file - a collar for the 2015 Toyota Tundra's console cup holder.
