I took the revised version of Duran's iPhone 6 blank case, carefully sized it down to remove excess vertical slack from the original design, and split it into two halves to fit snugly inside my Up! Mini. To get started, print out this case using PLA at a 0.2mm layer height or smaller with minimal supports to make removal easy. Here's the updated v1.1 version of these instructions - the top half now lets you assemble the case without applying any pressure to the power button. Start by pushing the lower half onto the phone, then slide on the top half from the volume button side before clipping it securely over the opposite edge where the power button is. Note that when printed with the Up Mini, these sections will fit together with precision - so gently nudge them into place until they lock. Alternatively, you can use a craft knife to give the inside locking tabs an angled edge, making them easier to slot in.
