My vehicle is an outdated one, so old-fashioned it has a tape deck. The tape adapter I utilize to connect my iPhone to the stereo recently malfunctioned and since the nearest location that sells a replacement is approximately thirty miles away (and I'm not driving all that distance for something that costs five pounds) it was again 3D printing that came to the rescue. Here's an amplifier chamber for your iPhone 6 and 6S Plus (but should also function on the 6 and 6S, come to think of it). Print it, assemble it and attach two strips of foam rubber on either side of the aperture to prevent scratching your screen. It's designed for an iPhone with a case on but I'm confident that if you use it without a case you can simply attach thicker rubber to pad it out. It works fantastically! I haven't tried it on iPads yet, but that's my next project...
