My redesign of the iPhone 6 dock took into account what happened when you posted yours recently, which worked flawlessly with the new phone but failed when paired with an Otterbox case. This time around, there's a dedicated cable channel on the base and carefully designed threading holes to prevent tangles or damage from charging. Plus, it even leaves enough space behind the lightning port for the original charge cover to rest.
