I needed to get a few mockups printed out of the brand-new iPhone 6 in both sizes: 4.7 inches and 5.5 inches. The measurements came straight from those Foxxcon leak documents that were floating around. I took a stab in the dark with the corner radius and edge bevel size, but the dimensions for length, width, and height are right on point. Go ahead and get them printed up to see which size suits you best! Instructions This one prints like a charm using your MakerBot 2, no matter what preset resolution you choose. I've even tried it myself with a layer height of .3mm and 20% infill, two shells - basically the "Low" preset setting. It turns out just fine.
