iPhone 5S Tripod mount for use with iPhone case reworked

I acquired this from another user on the site but can't locate the original post. The design is straightforward yet highly effective. If anyone comes across it, please inform me so I can note it as an adaptation of the original. To suit my iPhone 5S with a slim soft-shell cover, I merely adjusted its size and discovered it fits perfectly, securely in place. All you need is a standard bolt to fit a tripod mount that slides into the designated hole on the model.
