iPhone 5S adapter for Microscope

The device still requires manual handling to prevent it from spinning around. To achieve this, a component must be added to block the rotation. Its design enables it to surround my silicone gel phone case snugly - without a cover, the iPhone 5/5s can fit inside, but additional shims are required to ensure proper camera alignment. This casing is divided into two parts to minimize excess support material in the printing process using ABS plastic. To further optimize the product and reduce the need for unnecessary supports, the design needs modifications. I combined these two parts together with acetone as an adhesive. The process of manually adjusting the camera lens to its optimal position is performed by carefully sliding it along the eyepiece until aligned. This design is heavily based on Boogie's original concept (231265), but significant changes were made due to unique requirements. Additionally, minor adjustments via filing and polishing techniques helped achieve a precise fit for the casing components.
