To change up your leather case's flip cover, consider creating a new one designed for use in your car or by your nightstand. An essential feature is the ability to charge your phone while inside the mount. Attach it with a cheap sticky pad for your dashboard, or print at 66% infill to enable drilling a hole. To use, slide the top side in like a little ramp and insert the bottom behind the edges. No force needed! For optimal results with your Replicator 2, use Skeinforge as slicer and manually adjust infill, shells, and layer height. If you prefer MakerWare, opt for medium or low quality standard profiles. In the photo, a Skeinforge build with 66% infill, three shells, and 0.25 layer height produced a very solid result.
