Removed 3mm stencil background from design to increase structural integrity. Replaced charging hole on bottom of case with shortened power button slot, also enhancing structural stability. Installed two reinforced 3mm loops on either side of the case that withstood my personal strength test. Instructions Fabricated this model using ABS plastic with a 0.3mm layer height and optimized it for strength and durability. Features include a 3mm brim with no rafting required. Additionally, I employed pillar supports during printing, which might be unnecessary but add extra security to the print job. To ensure the structural integrity of the case when using ABS material, wipe down the design with acetone to increase bond strength between layers. I recommend taking preventative measures by gently wiping down corner areas to prevent unexpected breakage. Utilize a lanyard or small rope, secure both ends and then pass two loops through the lanyard: one placed far apart (about 2-3 feet) for hands-free shots and the other near at hand (3-6 inches). Finally, connect carabiners to each loop to ensure the phone remains connected during activities. Tie up the close loop securely when climbing to maintain seamless connectivity and deploy the farther-away carabiner to release your phone from its safety tether. This smart system allows for continuous photo capturing without interruptions.
