I've created a custom phone holder for my car, specifically designed to hold an iPhone 5 or 5s. To accommodate a soft bumper that adds a bit of extra bulk, I had to slightly enlarge the original design. A simple scaling adjustment will adjust the holder's size: decrease it if you're using no bumper or increase it if you prefer a snugger fit around larger accessories.
