To assemble it, purchase the following items from McMasterCarr: (1) 2 pieces of 18-8 SS Self-Locking Thick Wall Insert .25-20 Int Thrd x .438-14 Ext Thrd x .438 length; (2) adhesive-backed, .188 thick, .50 width vinyl Buna-N foam tape strip; and (3) 2 pieces of .25-20 xb.75 long socket head cap screw with captive lock washer. For assembly, insert items (1) into the top part and secure them using crazy glue. Cut item (2) to size, peel adhesive backing off, and place it onto the top and clamp components as per the exploded view. Finally, secure the unit onto your handlebars using screws (3).
