Target Audience: This project is suitable for students who have a solid understanding of SolidWorks and are at the college level. Pre-requisites: Students should be familiar with basic SolidWorks skills such as mating, extruding, cutting, filleting, and more. Project Steps: 1. First, create the cover using your design skills. 2. Next, design mounts for the gears and select the gears from your toolbox. 3. Mate the gears to the cover and add caps to hold them in place. 4. Finally, cut out the figures on the upper gear. Outcome: The goal of this project is to create a custom gear cover for your phone while learning advanced SolidWorks skills such as mating, filleting, cutting, extruding, and more!
