Updated with 1mm ridges for a snug fit, 4/3/11. This custom tripod mount is designed specifically for attaching your iPhone 4 securely. With this mount, you can easily charge your iPhone while it's mounted on the tripod, giving you more flexibility when shooting videos or taking photos. Mounting your iPhone to a tripod makes all the difference in capturing high-quality footage that's worth watching. A 1/4 inch Wood insert Nut from Lowes provides a solid anchor point for securing your iPhone to the tripod. Before using this mount at any extreme angles or orientations, make sure it holds your iPhone firmly in place. The design was created using Sketchup and refined with AC3D before being exported as an STL file. As a newcomer to 3D printing, I appreciate any feedback on how to improve my designs.
