The original design by @juniortan was great, but I didn't have a 1mm pin, so I modified it to use a 1.75mm filament instead as the hinge pin. Additionally, I widened the phone hook to accommodate my phone's rubber case and extended the rest of the stand while printing both parts together. The modified design can be seen on Tinkercad at this link: https://tinkercad.com/things/429eu3MDrka-iphone-folding-stand. I printed it with two perimeters, no top or bottom layers, and a fill density of .2 for a nice finish and reduced print time.
