iPhone 4 Book Case
thingiverse
This project's inspiration came from SNIJLAB's Folding Wood Booklet on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:12707). I immediately saw potential for a unique iPhone 4 case, resembling a moleskine notebook. The design was cut using an Epilog mini 40Watt laser. Materials needed include 3mm 3-ply craft plywood and leather strips. Use Elmer's Carpenter's Wood Glue to assemble the pieces. First, ensure all files are scaled correctly for your chosen stock. Since Page 1 needs to be cut twice, begin by gluing it in place followed by Page 2. Next, cut a 12-inch leather strip and insert it into the channels at the bottom and top of Page 2. Measure length by testing with closed pages. Apply glue to these channels and let dry. Attach the glued pages to the side of the fold book cover without the slot, then glue the small tab from the fold book file into the corresponding slot on the cover. Finally, let everything dry, and enjoy your custom iPhone case!
With this file you will be able to print iPhone 4 Book Case with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on iPhone 4 Book Case.
