I needed a cradle for my iPhone 12 that would fit with the phone in the Otter Box. I already had a custom bracket for my car that uses the 38mmx30mm screw spacing but it requires the cradle specifically made for the phone. I used TinkerCAD to design it, Sliced with Cura 5.1 and printed on my CR-6SE. Feel free to make it fit your own phone.
