I designed this as a way to keep my cat from pulling my iPhone off my nightstand and breaking the charging cord in the end of the phone. The bottom is set up for a 1/4-20 heated nut insert to be put in and a thumb-screw to go through and hook to the table. It just keeps the phone from getting drug off the table. It has a notch to allow for the OtterBox flap to stay open while charging but still lay flat. I've included the Solidworks file so you can modify it to fit your particular phone.
