Its native format is .skp while the corresponding 3dsmax scene is built using 3ds Max 2016 version and rendered with Vray 3.00 Unfortunately, some minor adjustments were needed, including elevating the building's base slightly, to align its sides more closely with Google Earth terrain due to its actual site being quite flat in reality However, when viewed on GE without terrain, the model fits perfectly in terms of real height.
