iPad Tripod Holder w/embedded nut

This is an iPad Tripod Mount Remix with a press fit for a standard 1/4"x 20 nut. A hammer or pair of channel pliers can be used to tap it in or squeeze it down. The nut fits a standard tripod thread, and they're available at Home Depot for about 3 cents each. I'm using my 10.5" iPad with the mount in a silicone cover that grips the insides so well you could almost turn it upside down before it falls out. The mount's width is 10 mm, which means other thin iPad covers might fit, but may not grip as securely when tilted over 90 degrees. Silicone covers are generally softer and stickier. This is my third revision of the mount, with earlier versions featuring a tab and nut on top, followed by an embedded nut with chamfered edges (STL file not included). The latest version has fillet edges, which I think looks best. Thanks for your interest!
