I stumbled upon this Modred stand, which caught my eye as a pretty sweet find. Although I was using an Otter Box case with my iPad, which made it thicker than a standard Retina iPad model, I found a way to adapt the stand's end hook to fit my device perfectly. The result was a great fit. I also modified the hooks' ends by widening them to about 16.8mm in diameter. The print quality of this design is impressive, with a tall and precise appearance that would make it suitable for display purposes.
