I designed an iPad stand that was meant to be printed upright, but since the outcome is uncertain, I've also created a version that splits in half with holes for dowel-pins to be inserted post-print. The current print job is on the upright model, which has some major overhangs, so we'll see how it turns out. To figure out the best size for the dowels, I'm printing test ones and once they're ready, I'll upload a model of them so I can print more. Upright V2 now includes leg supports in the middle of the rear-support to help with upright printing issues. This design might be pushing my 3D printer to its limits, but my Ender 5+ handled it surprisingly well, producing only minimal sagging and stringing.
