iPad Mini Lightning Dock for 2005 Prius

I required a way to secure my iPad Mini inside my 2005 Prius, allowing it to serve as a more efficient navigator and audio source. Existing commercial solutions failed to meet my standards, so I took matters into my own hands by creating a customized mount. It clips securely to the open door of the small CD storage compartment beneath the radio. Included in this project are STL files tailored specifically for an iPad Mini equipped with a rubberized wrap case. These plans can also be used to design a versatile iPhone5 mount. I made some important updates to enhance functionality: added speaker ports, and refined the design to keep device dimensions synchronized. Steps to Create Your Mount 1) Make any necessary adjustments to the OpenSCAD file to match your iPad/iPhone/case combination. 2) Compile and Render using CGAL (F6). 3) Export as STL format. 4) Prepare for printing by slicing. 5) Finalize production with printing.
