This is my version of an iPad to Joycon mount. I found that with iOS 16 and beyond, Apple added support for the Nintendo Joycons. I have a subscription to XBOX Game Pass and was looking for a good device to cloud stream games on. As you can see, my controllers are third party. These are the Mobapad 6HD Joycons that works with iOS. I highly recommend these ergonomic controllers if you have larger hands.There were no designs i could find that were to my liking and suited to my needs, so I created this one from scratch.  I am not great at 3D modeling, but I managed to get what I wanted figured out.  These left and right Joycon mounts were made with my iPad 6th generation in mind. I also included the extra room for my magnetic flip open case, and mounted 6x2mm magnets on the backside lined up with the front cover so it wouldn't be dangling around on the backside while using.There are cutouts for the volume and home buttons, and a slight indent where the power button rests in the bracket so that it does not get pushed by accident. Other older generations may fit, but Newer ones will likely have slimmer bezels, so this would cover part of the screen. You are welcome to try the design and see if it works with yours, but again this was highly customized to my particular specs.Please note, I printed this with the angled face towards the bed and used supports. This keeps the joycon rail strong and fits very well.
