For my home automation project, I designed some custom holders specifically for my iPad2. Although they're compact, they securely hold the device in place. When printing these holders, it's best to do so upright on the side to prevent damage from layer splitting. In the end, I created four long holders that allow me to easily position my iPad horizontally.
