iPad 1 Upright Stand V1 - Portrait Edition

Our old original iPad 1 is pretty much useless now except as a digital photo frame, where it shines with one of the best screens in business. My wife wanted a perfectly upright moveable stand, but couldn't find a suitable existing model on Thingiverse, so I designed one from scratch - as is my custom. What you see here is very much V1. It works perfectly - make no mistake - and there will definitely be a V2 soon. There are some obvious design flaws and plenty of room for improvement. However! Having said that, if you're looking for a thing just like this, I'm sure this thing will do just fine and probably give you exactly what you need. A stand to hold up your old original Apple iPad 1 perfectly upright in portrait orientation with space at the bottom for a charging cable if you need to run it plugged in.
