IP Camera Case/Mount

IP Camera Case/Mount

I designed a small mount for cheap IP camera boards that are based on the Hi3518 chip. The board itself measures only 38x38mm, making it incredibly compact. I managed to snag a couple of these cameras for just US$16 each, and they deliver crisp 720p video - more than enough for my needs. The case is composed of three parts, with the lid sliding smoothly into the main housing. This design allows me to easily seal the edges using silicone for added weather resistance. To secure the arm in place, I used a sturdy 3 mm screw and nut combination. For reference, check out this example camera: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/720P-1-0Megapixels-1-4-OV9712-Sensor-Hi3518-ip-camera-board-camera-module-with-LAN-cable/32343508115.html Here are my print settings: Rafts: Yes Infill: 15% Notes: I always print with rafts on, as I work primarily with ABS and want to minimize warping.
