If you've invested in cryptocurrency, you likely know how volatile it can be. Prices fluctuate rapidly overnight, leaving you uncertain about the actual value of your assets. The stock market operates similarly, where a single stock's value can plummet overnight without warning. To track these assets and stay informed about their current worth, you have several options. One approach is to work with spreadsheets, regularly updating them to reflect changing values. Alternatively, you could create a custom gadget to monitor asset values for you: an IoT wallet! For this project, I utilized a Google spreadsheet to track my assets and update their values based on the ticker values retrieved from the internet. This spreadsheet is accessible via an ESP32 using Wi-Fi connectivity, with a summary displayed on an OLED display.
