This is a custom enclosure for a 45mm x 45mm Raspberry Pi derivative that my Radio Club recently acquired in quantity, despite its discontinued status and lack of official support. To address this, I designed a protective box to house it. The box features dual USB ports, access to the 28-pin header, and a dedicated slot for the camera cable. Unfortunately, the 4-segment A/V plug won't fit beside the USB ports, so an external attachment will be required - a USB sound card would be a suitable alternative. I printed the photographed versions in ABS, but PETG is likely a better choice, and PLA should also work. The enclosure has screw holes for secure fastening, although I found the board remained stable enough without them, making it easier to swap out the SD card if needed. A friend suggested adding a Raspberry Pi logo to the design, so I included one as an extra STL file for the top.
