Tap on the head of your IoT interactive "pet" to press the button. I used 8mm diameter silicon bumpers for the eyes - attach them to a 128x64 OLED display for programmable eyes, or glue them in place to allow the light from the neopixels to shine through. Designed to house a small micro-controller dev board like the AdaFruit Feather Huzzah ESP8266 in the base, with a pushbutton and 12 pixel Neopixel (WS2812B) ring above, plus space for additional sensors or piezo buzzer mounted on either side. Use 4 x 2.5mm screws to attach the base to the outer shell - optionally use small springs between the shell and base for better bounce back from button presses. Version 1.1 makes the space for the OLED screen slightly larger, easier to remove, with better clearance for the screws, and moves the button topper into a separate part for easier printing and adjustment.
