IOT Aquarium controller
thingiverse
I wanted to keep things ridiculously simple with this project. The instructions that follow should be easy enough for any newcomer joining the IoT world and wanting to build a cat or dog feeder. I'd been meaning to build this project for some time now, but various reasons kept me from doing it. I also browsed thingverse.com for existing fish tank feeders, but none of them met my needs. Winning a free Smart 7688 DUO board at the "The Future of Smart Home and Office is Here!" contest gave me the motivation to start building it. By tackling this project, I aim to achieve several key goals: - Set up scheduled feeding times - Monitor temperature inside my aquarium, which is quite small, by the way. Unfortunately, I've had some serious casualties among my fish due to temperature-related issues in the past. - Schedule fish tank lighting - Alert me when food is running low You can find a link to full instructions on how to build it at https://www.hackster.io/roroid/iot-aquarium-controller-448dac. Print Settings: * Printer: Flashforge Finder * Rafts: No * Supports: Doesn't Matter * Resolution: 0.18 * Infill: 50% Post-Printing: More details about building it will be available soon. Standards: NGSS
