The Skywatcher tripod boasts an integrated pier that keeps my AT60ED telescope and ZWO camera safely away from the legs, a major advantage over the iOptron SmartEQ tripod's design. This setup allows for a much more stable mounting configuration, ideal for capturing stunning astrophotography images.
