iOptron CEM60 Elevation Knob

I've found the tiny aluminum knob on the CEM60 to be really frustrating to handle, often causing pain in my hands even when using the RA lock pin as an extra grip. This press-fit knob extension has fixed that problem for me by lengthening the face of the knob beyond the mount head's frame and giving it a bigger bearing surface to work with. I'm hoping you'll find this just as helpful as I do.
