iOptron CEM40 Saddle Knob
thingiverse
Replacement knobs for iOptron CEM40 mount saddles. The original knobs are too small and are hard to tighten as well as painful to your fingers. These are nice and big, and will clear the mount when rotated. You will need some additional hardware: 1. M6-1.0 x 35mm Socket Head Cap Screws Bolts (2) 2. M6 hex nuts (2) 3. 1/4in x 3/4in round combo bolts 4. 1/4 in hex nuts 1 and 2 will be used in the main body of the knob, 3 and 4 will be used to attach the lid to the body. You will also want to use an adhesive to fix the hex nuts in their respective slots; this is a requirement for the lid. You also may want a washer between the knob and the saddle. The lid just makes the knob a little more pleasant in your hands but is not necessary functionally. Remix as you like and redistribute non-commercially. Use a material that isn't affected by heat (i.e., not PLA).
