iOptron 8407+ hand controller mount for Tri-Pier

This is based on the version for the Tri-Pier leg but is designed from scratch. I created this as the height of the mount made the leg too far away to easily use due to the length of the cord. The curved portion is designed to flex a bit as it's a smaller radius than the pier portion of the iOptron Tri-Pier. The slot for the Velcro strap should accommodate almost all Velcro straps readily available. I printed this using PETG for the added flexibility but nearly anything should work. Just use enough perimeters and infill to hold the HC.
