Ion Max LP Record Player Hinge (bottom piece)

Bottom hinge piece for ION Max LP record player. The OEM ones are weak and break easily. This hinge is based on the original part, but has some extra material around the hinge pins for reinforcement and on the back of the cavity that holds the spring. You will need to clean out the holes for the hinge pins to be able to get the pins in easily using a 1/8 inch or 3mm bit works fine. I also found that the original springs (which help keep the lid in an upright/open position) are too strong - which is in part why the original hinges break. So, I cut ~1 to 1.5 turns/loops of metal off the springs so that the new hinges don't break. The lid still stays in an upright position without having to hold it. At 100% infill, these seem plenty strong with PLA. These hinges are not perfect, but better than the broken ones!
