Ion Case for underwater photography

This waterproof camera case accommodates an Ion Air Pro action camera, similar to GoPro in quality yet more cost-effective. Ideal for beginners in underwater photography, it's used for SCUBA diving and Freediving. Its GoPro-like mounting on the bottom ensures compatibility with dive trays for stable pictures. The case is easy to assemble from two parts: the main body and cap. After 3D printing the main body, apply a light layer of glue for waterproofing. A waterproof button, made of a rubber O-ring and pin, fits through the top hole. Acquire larger O-rings for the cap seal at your local hardware store. This design, my seventh model, exceeds expectations in performance and ease of use during dives; all underwater photos showcased were taken using the Ion Air Pro action camera within this case.
