Simple mast ram for an IOM RC yacht. Requires a long M4 bolt and preferably a spring, but not essential. Print the ram and the adjustment wheel separately. I used an M4 tap to thread the adjustment wheel but PLA is soft enough that you could probably thread the wheel using the bolt. Make sure to glue the M4 bolt into the mast clasp using something solid like epoxy.
