I'm on my sixth entry for the 30 Characters Challenge. Every day in November, I'll be creating and posting a new character design (although the prints might take a bit longer to arrive, depending on how quickly I can get them done). Each character is randomly generated using the Continuum Narrative Engine (a storytelling game system currently being developed here at Ill Gotten Games headquarters). NAME: Zara Kaida SPECIES: Human ORIGIN: Realm of Aethereia Born to a powerful sorceress ruling over the Celestial Kingdom, Zara was schooled in the magical arts from an early age. Possessed of an insatiable curiosity, Zara spent much of her youth exploring the ancient ruins scattered throughout the islands of her mother's realm. After discovering an obscure and powerful spell capable of opening a portal to other dimensions, Zara, disregarding the warnings of her peers, stepped through the mysterious gateway. Following a perilous journey across the Multiverse, Zara found herself in Nexus City where she was taken under the wing of the Academy of Arcane Studies. Within several years, Zara rose to become one of the most skilled Red Mages within the institution. Her mastery of elemental magic and potion-making has earned her great recognition with the Arch Mages and there are rumors that she is being groomed for a seat on their council when a vacancy arises.
