IOIO with relay board
thingiverse
Work in progress. To accommodate an IOIO board alongside a twin relay board. Small screws from Altronics will be used. Added top captive nut supports; utilizing M5 nuts and screws for the lid, it should provide a hole suitable for tightening the screws securing the boards. Consider changing to press-in threads, and utilize pressure clips to click in the board on top of posts. The lid has been added. The tab on the lid has not been trimmed at all; it will need to be measured according to the number of cables being used. Exterior mounting needs to be added to allow the box to be screwed or zip tied where needed. Note: This design has NOT been printed in full yet, only to check that posts match with board and cable hole. --- ADDED REVISION 2. Now includes files marked as rev2. These new designs aim to create a complete click-together box; containing: IOIO board 2 relay boards 6 way terminal block (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3355340) Inline fuse holder (Thingi still to upload) STILL TO DO: 1) Add a vertical hole to the box, and protrusion to the lid to enable the USB cable to exit the box in line with the IOIO board 2) Add method of securing the lid (ideally be clicking together)
