IO Shield

The outer width is 162mm x 50mm, which matches the motherboard side. Meanwhile, the inner width measures 158mm x 45mm on the part that protrudes from the back of your case. The overall height stands at a mere 5mm with a 1mm inner edge and a 4mm outer edge. Notably, the mesh thickness is 0.6mm, making it easier to cut without compromising its strength. The design includes small clips that extend outward to ensure a secure fit within the shield slot. Printing this item requires a layer height of 0.2mm at 50% print speed. While it can also be printed at 0.3mm, I've found that 0.2mm produces superior results due to its ability to achieve three layers instead of two. Upon reviewing other universal IO shields, I noticed several designs lacked clips. This prompted me to create my own version with thinner mesh, additional holes, and more precise dimensions. Unfortunately, some existing designs are a few millimeters too short, causing them to fail fitting properly within the case. If anyone has suggestions for improving this design, please don't hesitate to share your ideas.
