Involute spur gear boasting 11 teeth and a pitch of 10, yielding a pitch diameter of precisely 1.1 inches, is showcased. To ensure seamless meshing with identical gears, half of the print tip was skillfully removed to preserve the pitch diameter. This gear was printed using ZoneStar P802NR2 with a 0.4mm tip and a height of 0.2mm. Additional involute spur gears, each with the same specifications, will be uploaded separately.
