I was searching for a replacement gear for my son's Powerwheel ride on toy and couldn't find a suitable customizable gear with two rows of teeth. So I adapted the code from atartanian's Customizable Involute Spur Gear and basically duplicated it twice, translating the top gear to match the height of the bottom gear. I'm not an OpenSCAD expert, but this gear seems to be working well as a replacement for my son's Powerwheels. If you're interested in viewing or copying the source code, feel free to do so. The customizable settings are located at the beginning of each gear type: 00-19 for the bottom gear and 20-29 for the top gear.
