Invisible zipper foot
thingiverse
I've found a presser foot for sewing invisible zippers that truly delivers. To achieve the best possible zipper, I discovered that stitching it once while relaxed and then again pulling against the zipper slightly makes all the difference. This ensures the zipper opens up perfectly, allowing the needle to effortlessly glide into the tiny crevice - simply follow the steps on how to sew an invisible zipper for a seamless process. You can likely complete the task in one go, but I found it easier to do it in two stages. For the shaft, I utilized a piece of a large black paper clip that had snapped off, and I believe a slightly larger one would have been even happier. The last picture showcases the zipper I sewed with it, partially unzipped for your reference.\r\n\r\nThis is my initial design, and the second item I printed (the print quality isn't quite where I'd like it to be in these pictures).\r\n\r\nThis creation was brought to life using Tinkercad.
