Intex vacuum adapter to OOGarden pool inlet
thingiverse
2021-07-25 Added an "extractor piece" with a left-handed screw to help removing a broken adapter from the pipe inlet. Useful for when your children decide to stand on the vacuum connector to climb out of the pool and manage to break it off from the inner screw. 2021-07-18 - I had to re-upload V2 files, because some export error in fusion meant that after slicing on Cura 4.10.0 there was a big hole in the smaller screw. Not visible in the prepare screen, and a new export without changes to the model fixed it. Second version - I cut the inner screw to make it easier to remove in case the adapter is broken by a child standing on it (don't ask). I have an [OOGarden pool](https://www.oogarden.be/be/fr/prod-39959-Piscine-Cape-Town-2.html) and wanted to use an [Intex vacuum robot](https://intexcorp.com/products/above-ground-pools/pool-accessories/maintenance-cleaning/zx300-deluxe-automatic-pool-cleaner/) with it. However, the OOGarden supplied water inlet does not have the same screw size as the Intex expects, even worse, the Intex inlets have a raised screw and the OOGarden has a socket. So I did the sensible thing and made this adapter. In case anyone else has an use for it or wants to adapt it, I've included the step file. Just leave me a comment or a like if you find it useful. Ah, and the robot is working perfectly now... Printing: No special instructions. I just used 20% infill and regular supports (tree supports were not being put properly by Cura 4.10.0 on this model, for some reason).
