Intex SF15220 Motor Fan

When swapping out bearings on my Intex pump (I believe it's the SF15220), one of the delicate fins on the cooling fan for the electric motor snapped off. To resolve this issue, I designed a replacement part in Fusion 360 and printed it in PLA to verify its dimensional accuracy. With 100% infill, the print feels remarkably solid, but I've ordered some PETG just in case, as these motors operate at high speeds. This design requires support under the fins to allow for adequate stand-off from the magnet. As of now, it remains untested, but I'll update this description when I've had it running for a while. UPDATE: Upon further testing, I discovered that the first layers in PET-G, being mostly support material, didn't adhere well to the build plate. To address this issue, I printed with a raft instead. UPDATE 2: I've created an updated version with slightly thicker and shorter fins.
