Intex Sand Pool Pump Clamp
thingiverse
I'm not sure how large this is, but I estimate it to be about 240mm in size. It's bigger than the original design by mshonak, which was reportedly around 130mm. Unfortunately, his smaller version wasn't suitable for my sand pump. To accommodate its size, I had to print this standing up on my print bed, centered and angled from top-left to bottom-right corners. Just barely fitting, it left me with little room to spare. For the infill, I opted for 75%, but looking back, a higher infill might have been wiser - still, it seems to be working just fine. One thing to note is that this clamp is slightly smaller than its original counterpart, so you'll need to source two bolts measuring 2 1/2 inches in length. I used 10-24 bolts and nuts, which fit perfectly. Be aware that there will be about half an inch of clearance between each part when assembled over the clamping area, so don't overtighten - it can cause the entire thing to break. As you'll need two of these for a complete setup, I should mention that I never had one myself and couldn't locate it on Intex's website. Given its size and required strength, I printed this using M3D ABS-R with my bed heated to 60 degrees Celsius.
